Incorportating basic kickboxing combos along with cardio warmups, ab drills and TABATA training into an hour long class that is guaranteed to help you lose inches and get toned!

 (kickboxing gloves and pads are provided however you are more than welcome to bring your own)

 5 Week Fat blasting TKO Camp

Dont wait until the new year to start your fitness goals, get a jump start and Join us twice a week for our fat blasting, stress relieving high energy TKO CAMP. 

Tuesdays class is a combination of cardio, full body toning, circuits and Tabatta (women only)

Thursdays class is cardio kickboxing, time to toss on the gloves and release all the stresses of the week all while losing inches!!
 Incorportating basic kickboxing combos along with cardio warmups, ab drills and TABATA training into an hour long class that is guaranteed to help you lose inches and get toned! (Co-Ed class, please contact us for Thursday only pricing and registration)

We use a wide variety of equipment and training methods to ensure each class is different! Our class is high energy and upbeat with a positive vibe and great music always blasting in the background.

  All  ages and fitness levels welcome!
